Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Skill Mastery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment in a course or request a refund, please read the following policy:
Cancellation Policy:-
You may cancel your enrollment in a course at any time before the course start date. To cancel your enrollment, please contact us at [email protected].
If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, we will refund your payment in full. Please note that if you cancel your enrollment after the course start date, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refund Policy:-
If you are not satisfied with your course experience, you may request a refund within 3 days of the course start date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].
To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 20% of the course content. If you have completed more than 20% of the course content, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your refund request.
Please note that if you paid for a course with a discount or coupon code, the refund amount will be based on the amount you actually paid. The discount or coupon code will not be refunded.
Course Changes or Cancellations:-
Skill Mastery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. If we cancel or reschedule a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with options for rescheduling or canceling your enrollment.
If you choose to cancel your enrollment in a course that has been rescheduled, our cancellation policy above will apply.
